At FansMeet.Band, we value your feedback and are here to address any questions or concerns regarding services purchased from us. Please carefully review our "Refund & Cancellation Policy" for details on managing subscriptions and understanding our terms.

Guidelines for Refunds and Cancellations:

  1. Premium Account Cancellation: You may cancel your premium account at any time by logging into your FansMeet.Band user account and canceling the subscription through the dashboard. However, please note that cancellation does not void your contractual obligations. You are still required to fulfill the agreed-upon contract duration, regardless of your chosen billing period (monthly or yearly).
  2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing/contract period. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel the subscription through your account settings before the next billing cycle begins. FansMeet.Band offers:
    • Monthly Subscriptions: No contract, billed monthly.
    • One-Year Contracts: Paid monthly or annually, with a one-year commitment.
    • Two-Year Contracts: Paid monthly or annually, with a two-year commitment.
    • Three-Year Contracts: Paid monthly or annually, with a three-year commitment.
  3. Upgrades and Downgrades: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the dashboard in your user account. All changes to subscription plans, including upgrades and downgrades, must be made within the FansMeet.Band dashboard. Downgrades can only be made at the end of the contract term or with a cancellation fee equal to the outstanding fees for the remaining contract period. The new subscription rate will be charged at the start of the next billing cycle.
  4. Unused Services: If you choose to stop using the service before the end of the contract term, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.
  5. Service Modification or Termination: FansMeet.Band reserves the right to modify or terminate any service for any reason and without notice.
  6. Fraud Prevention: We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse related to our services, as determined by investigation, settlement, or insurance claims.

Refund Requests

FansMeet.Band provides digital, non-tangible products and services, which are irrevocable and non-refundable once payment has been completed. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand these terms upon purchasing our products and services from our website.

Despite our no-refund policy, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise concerning product or service characteristics. Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-Delivery of Service: If you encounter issues completing the payment process or account setup, please contact our support team within 3 days of purchase. Failure to notify us within this period may result in the service being considered as delivered and active.
  2. Product Not as Described: If the product or service does not match the description on our website, contact support within 5 days of purchase, providing proof of discrepancy. We will not honor requests based on misunderstandings or expectations not stated in the product description.
  3. Third-Party Incompatibility: FansMeet.Band is not responsible for compatibility issues with third-party software, plugins, or networks unless specified as compatible in our product description. We do not provide support for third-party applications.
  4. Unresolvable Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents 100% functionality of the service due to our server limitations, please contact support. Performance issues and minor bugs do not qualify for refunds.

Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies for Monthly Subscriptions

FansMeet.Band charges and collects fees in advance for our services. All fees are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, FansMeet.Band will calculate any prorated amount if applicable. All subscriptions, regardless of billing cycle, renew automatically on the due renewal date until officially canceled by the customer.

Billing & Payment Responsibility:

  • Fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and additional internet or data charges, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
  • Any currency exchange fees will be based on the customer’s agreement with their payment provider.

Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time through the dashboard. Downgrades can only be completed after the contract term or by paying the outstanding balance of remaining fees for the contract duration. FansMeet.Band does not issue refunds or credits for partial periods of service upon cancellation.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Subscription: FansMeet.Band reserves the right to refuse or cancel any subscription. In cases where we refuse a new or renewing subscription, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining days in the subscription term.

This refund and cancellation policy applies to all FansMeet.Band services unless otherwise noted in the program-specific materials.
